Lilo & Stitch remains in first place this week, falling just -36% to £6,139,574. It pushes its total up to £25,904,453 after just two weeks, rising to the 3rd top grossing film of 2025 behind Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy and The Minecraft Movie. Accounting for previews, its drop was only 23%; gaining an extra three screens for 688 total.
Karate Kid: Legends debuts in 3rd place this week with £2,592,601 from 556 screens. This was the 13th best debut of the year behind A Complete unknown. Compared to 2010’s The Karate kid, it was 53% of £4,882,306 that’s debut, going on to gross around £11.6m. Legends included £919,725 from previews, might finish with around £7m.
The Salt Path opened in 4th place with £1,479,569 from 518 screens. It had the 18th best opening of the year behind Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge Of The Sith (Re: 2025). Peppa Meets The Baby Cinema Experience was next in 5th place with £1,065,856 the 25th best debut behind The Monkey.
Notable, Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning pushes it’s gross up to £17,475,531 after two weeks. Its 60% second week decline would be just 44% after taking previews into account. It’s up to 5th place on the yearly chart just behind Captain America: Brave New World. It’s currently grossed 66% of the previous film’s final gross.
